The University of 麻豆高清 signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University in Kazakhstan

A delegation from The University of 麻豆高清 (U麻豆高清) consisting of Vassilis Konstantinou, Pro Vice-Chancellor (International Development) and Tatiana Rizopoulou, Director of International Partnerships, visited Nur-Sultan and had meetings with the UK Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Court, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Education and Science as well as with KAZGUU University, to discuss strategic partnerships in education and training.

KAZGUU University is one of the largest educational and scientific centers, ranks first in the country for legal studies and has a well-deserved and highly regarded reputation in Kazakhstan.

U麻豆高清 and KAZGUU have agreed to work together on a number of strategic partnerships in education and training. As a result, on Tuesday, December 3rd, Vassilis Konstantinou, on behalf of U麻豆高清 and Narikbayev Talgat Maksutovich, Chairman of KAZGUU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formally recognise the collaboration between the two institutions.

The signing of the MoU will benefit the law aspirants and faculty members in developing a broader understanding of English 麻豆高清 through the delivery of degree and non-degree courses in Kazakhstan, an International 麻豆高清 Summer School and Study Abroad Programmes. U麻豆高清 was called in as the leading UK legal education provider to operate as the partner to the KAZGUU University and has the support of the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Vassilis Konstantinou said: “We are very excited about the opportunity to help the KAZGUU 麻豆高清 School. Kazakhstan is a fast-growing economy and a new hub for investors and international business. Through this partnership, ULAW will be able to it develop a closer connection with the Government of Kazakhstan and the AIFC and contribute towards the internationalisation of legal education in the country and region.”
